Pastor Benji Ferguson (email) has been at the Minnetonka SDA Church since September 2000. Previously he served as Youth Pastor for the Orange Coast Church in Irvine, California. Benji graduated with a B.S. in Business from Pacific Union College in 1999. However six summers working at youth camps in California and Oregon and a calling from God convinced Benji into a career in Youth Ministry.
Pastor Benji loves hanging out with students, showing them that being a disciple of Jesus isn't boring but can be fun and exciting. He shows this by taking students on lots of trips all over the country and the world for fellowship and mission, including Rock Climbing Trips, Boundary waters trips and Mission trips to places like Costa Rica, New York City, San Francisco and New Orleans.
Benji also serves as Chaplain and Student Association Sponsor for Minnetonka Christian Academy. If you come to church often you'll also get to see Benji's passion for worship through music.
Benji couldn't do any of this without the support of his wife Stephanie who also ministers to students as a teacher.
